How does the touchless sensor work?
Simply place your hand beneath the sensor and the dispenser automatically releases the perfect amount of foam.
How do I charge the dispenser?
The dispenser is USB-C rechargeable and powered by a 1400mAh battery. A full charge can last up to 6 months under typical use.
How much foam does it dispense?
The dispenser releases approximately 0.6g of rich micro-foam per dispense, calibrated to provide a consistent amount every time. If you'd like more foam, simply place your hand under the sensor again.
Is the dispenser waterproof?
The dispenser is IPX5 water-resistant, meaning it can handle everyday splashes and moisture commonly found in bathrooms and kitchens. However, it should not be submerged in water.
Does the dispenser include a handwashing timer?
Yes. A built-in indicator light provides a 20-second handwashing reminder, encouraging proper handwashing habits recommended by health organizations.
How does the refill system work?
Our twist-and-lock refill system allows you to replace refills quickly and cleanly without messy pouring.
How long does one refill last?
Each 300ml refill provides approximately 400 washes, depending on usage habits.

Is the formula cruelty-free?
We do not test our products on animals.

- Press the power button to turn the dispenser on.
- Place your hand beneath the sensor to dispense foam automatically.
- Recharge as needed using a USB-C cable.

Simply insert the refill bottle into the dispenser and twist to lock it into place.
How do I know when the dispenser needs charging?
When the battery is low, the indicator light will alert you that it's time to recharge.
